LESSON 4 - 3 VITAL BEHAVIOURS

Simplified, yet EFFECTIVE ways to grow your business!

As we talked about previously, coaching can feel not only foreign, but overwhelming at first... but at it's core, coaching is rather simple! If you were to practice JUST these THREE behaviors daily for the next 6 months, I can guarantee you success as a coach!
1. INVITE:
Re-engage with old friends, friend request new friends, invite to clean eating challenges, invite to a Challenge Group, invite to coach sneak peeks or "What is Coaching" information calls to join your team of coaches! ALL of these are forms of this vital behavior!

2. PROOF OF THE PRODUCT:
You can't, with integrity, recommend or inspire someone else to start THEIR journey until you are actively (& consistently) on YOUR OWN! It's not important to be AT your goal... but it IS important to be moving closer to it a day at a time! Sharing your journey is what builds belief in trust in others!

3. PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT:
Changing on the OUTSIDE is only a small fraction of the journey! I feel the MOST important way in which we inspire others to take action and change their lives is via our growth on the INSIDE! Personal development, in my experience, is thee most IMPORTANT of the 3 vital behaviors and often the most overlooked!








1. I want you to step outside of your comfort zone today. I want you to make a list of 10 people that you feel could benefit from a challenge group, Beachbody, the products, or simply your help.

2. Now, I want you to start a conversation with at least 3 of these names a day for the next 3-4 days. Decide who you are going to contact each day - write it down. Don't overthink it - keep it super simple! Remember - be interested in THEM. Reconnect. Learn about what is going on in their life so you can see if you can help them:)
