Let's be honest - FB can be a very distracting place! I want you to be very focused and organized when you are on here. We want to get our work done fast and effectively. You want to be sure you are doing the behaviours that are growing your business --- newfeed scrolling for 2 hours will NOT grow your business....it will just cause you to think you are "working" when you really are not.
