How to Navigate your online office!
All you do is head to the News & Training Tab then go to Training. There you are going to find other amazing resources to help you learn and grow your business!
Where to find online training
Be sure to:
- Edit your profile and your websites.
- Set up your EFT (direct deposit) under your coach online office >> MY BUSINESS TAB >> MY EFT.
*Canada coaches, also check out this page - there is another step you need to do before you get paid:
- Write down your COACH ID #, as you will need it to create links for customers and future coaches to purchase and sign up under you!
- Find the FAQ link at the bottom of your Coach Online Office page! This is your HUB for finding QUICK answers to your general questions! (If you cannot find the answer in your FAQ - next place to ask is in your NEW COACH TRAINING GROUP!)
2. SENDING LINKS
You can send people the link to your beachbody coach website - but I like to keep things super simple for people.
For example, when they are ordering a 21 Day Fix Challenge Pack, I will send them my challenge pack direct link and let them know this will take them to the challenge pack page and they can choose The 21 Day Fix right from there. OR - if they are signing up to be a coach, rather than walking through the steps, I will send them the direct link to start their coach application process.
All you have to do is add YOUR coach ID # to the end of these where it says YOUR ID. Always test your link before you send it out as well. You will have to be logged out of your team beachbody account to see it as a normal customer would.

If you would like to dive in a bit more - you can send very specific links like in this video. The websites are www.coachingcodes.com for USA and www.coachingcodes.ca for Canada.
If you prefer, you can also use the TBB Coach Mobile APP to get your challengers signed up!

How To Use: TBB Coach Mobile App:

ENTER: Your Coach Log In Info
ENTER: Customer/Coach email
ENROLL
ENTER: NAME
CHOOSE: Challenge Pack
CHOOSE: Shakeology Flavor
ADD TO CART
SUBMIT

This will send an enrollment link to THEIR email with your Coach ID attached to it. If they do NOT want to buy anything - simply enter info & ENROLL WITHOUT PURCHASE.
1. Make a NOTE or document on your computer or phone that you will store your links in. Gradually add the links in that you find you use the most. That way they are super easy to copy and paste when you need them.
Take the links from above and put your coach ID on them so they are ready to go!
