Now that you are a Diamond coach there are a few things that you want to make sure you are doing. Becoming a Diamond Coach means you are officially a leader and definitely going places with this business!

Things you should now be doing....


1. Checking your sponsorship drilldown OFTEN

2. Focusing on becoming a SOLID Diamond Coach

What does this mean? Well, just because you are diamond does not mean you are gauranteed to stay there. You want to continue working on building a team with MORE than 8 coaches and with more than 1 Emerald on each side! Coaches do go inactive or quit (it happens) - so you don't want your business relying on just a few people.

3. Focus on Helping your Rockstars

You business coaches have goals to! So, be sure to identify them and work with them to help them reach their goals! You are their mentor remember. You have hit diamond - now it is your job to help them hit it also!


4. Build your VOLUME (this is where you want majority of your income coming from long term)

Be sure to head into this document and watch the 3 videos in there. The real "magic" of this business starts to happen when your volume grows!

5. Set goals for becoming a Premiere OR Elite Coach!

**6. BE A LEADER! This is the most important point! You are no longer a newbie coach! It is your job to now transition roles and take on more of a leadership role! You are the EXAMPLE for your new coaches. SO, what do you want them to be exposed to in this business!? Be sure YOU are the coach that you would want them to learn from! Be the ULTIMATE coach!

For example:
-if you expect them to do a tracker --> you need to be doing a tracker
-if you want them to find their own answers --> you must be doing the same
-if you want them to be doing PD --> you must be too
-if you expect them to be learning on their own time --> you must be to

*Catchin' what I am pitchin'? You can only expect your coaches do to as much as you are doing because YOU are their example.
